L365 Lead Card: Privacy Policy

The L365 Lead Card is a Chrome extension used only by authorized Lifestyle 365 (L365) team members to plan and track their own outreach on LinkedIn and Instagram. You must log in with an L365 staff account to use it. It is not offered to the general public.

What the extension handles

Your login. You sign in with your L365 email and password. The password is sent to our login service and is never stored by the extension. The extension keeps a session token on your device so you stay logged in.

The page you have open. When you open a LinkedIn or Instagram profile or post, the extension reads text that is publicly visible on that page (for example a name, headline, or post caption). It uses this to find the matching contact in your L365 list. When you tap a writing button (such as "Write it for me" or "Suggest a comment"), that text, and in some cases the post images, are sent to our server to draft a message or comment for you to review.

What you log. The actions you record (for example "Followed", "Commented", "Message sent"), drafts you choose to send, notes you add, and optional reasons when you skip someone are saved to your L365 account.

Your settings. Preferences such as light or dark mode and which platform you last used are stored on your device.

How it is used

Only to show you where each contact stands, what to do next, to draft messages and comments for you to edit, and to improve future suggestions for your team. The extension never sends a message, comment, follow, or connection request on its own. You press every send yourself.

Who processes it

Data is stored in L365's database, hosted by Supabase. Text for drafting is processed by Anthropic's AI service on our behalf. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else except where the law requires.

Keeping and deleting data

Records are kept while you are an L365 team member and the contact is part of your outreach. To ask for a record to be deleted, or for any privacy question, contact gabe@lifestyle-365.com.
